Athletics

Register now for Spring sports!

Cedarcrest High School proudly offers the following Spring sports:

  • Baseball

  • Fastpitch Softball

  • Co-Ed Track & Field

  • Boys Soccer

  • Girls Golf

 

To participate in a WIAA Spring sport, all registration and eligibility requirements must be completed before the first day of practice.

​

Registration

All athletic registration is completed online through Final Forms and must be completed by both the parent/guardian and the student athlete.

 

Your Final Forms information is saved from season to season, making future registrations quick and easy. Families may also register for multiple sports seasons at the same time.

​

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in CHS Athletics, student athletes must meet the following requirements:

  • Register online through Final Forms

  • Have a current physical examination on file (valid for 2 years and must cover the entire season)

  • Purchase an ASB Card ($55)

  • Pay the Sports Participation Fee ($200 per sport, two-season maximum)

  • Clear all class fees and outstanding fines

Families needing financial assistance may apply by completing the Request for Fee Assistance form and the Free/Reduced Meals application.

Athletic Fees

Spring athletic fees may be paid online:

  1. Visit www.MySchoolBucks.com

  2. Log in and select “School Store”

  3. Choose the CHS Athletic Fee

Fees may also be paid in person at the CHS Main Office (cash or check) between 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

Medical Insurance

All student athletes must have medical insurance to participate in high school athletics. Families without insurance may purchase optional student coverage through Myers-Stevens & Toohey, Inc., which offers several low-cost accident and health plans used by many Washington school districts.

Students taking classes at another school must also provide current grades to the CHS Athletic Office for eligibility verification.

Academic Eligibility

Grades are reviewed throughout each sports season. Students may be required to provide:

  • Previous semester grades

  • Most recent quarter grades

Failure to provide grades may result in ineligibility for competition.
