Start with the Pledge of Allegiance

Game club is cancelled today.  We will meet as planned next Wednesday after school in room 232 at 2:30

SENIORS, National Achiever will be here TODAY during lunch  (11:55 - 1:20) to gather your cap and gown orders.

Picture retakes are next Wednesday 10-27.  Please bring our picture packet back on Wednesday for Photography by Joy to exchange

Winter Sports online paperwork is due Wednesday, 11/10.  If you want to Wrestle, play Basketball or Cheer you need to complete the Final Forms paperwork and have a current physical on file.

10/27 all 10th and 12th grade students will be taking the Healthy Youth Survey.  It is an anonymous survey that is given to multiple grades each year to check the pulse to see where students are at.   This year with the pandemic it is even more important as we need to understand how to help you during this next year or more of school.  We know that being at school is better than being remote, but it is also overwhelming at challenging at times.  The data often provides extra services for districts and schools that are for students.  Please answer the questions openly and honestly.  For more information about it please look on the CHS Website or check your email.

Your new ASB/ID cards now have a bar code on them.  You will use them to get your breakfast/lunch instead of typing in your Student ID.  This will save time and speed up the lunch line.  Please have your ASB/ID cards out and ready for the cashier.  If you have not picked up your ASB/ ID card, see Shelly in the office.

Are you interested in cheering for a Winter sport?  Cheer is holding try outs for Winter sports on 10/27 from 3-5pm.  Please reach out to either Coach Castagno-Jenckes @ coachcastango-jenckes@rsd407.org  or coach Sewell @ coachsewell@rsd407.org for practice material information.

Next up for College Virtual Visits, Seattle Pacific University! This Thursday, October 21st in the library during advisory. Email Ms. Scott or see our website for details.

Interested in the art of Yo-Yoing? Come to Yoyo club in room 203, with Mss. Sanchez. Our first meeting is tomorrow after school from 2:15-2:45. Bring your own Yoyo if you have one and if not, practice Yoyo's will be provided. This club is open to everyone. Hope to see you there.
