Parent Teacher Conferences

On Wednesday October 26th we would like to welcome you all to the fall parent teacher conferences at CHS. We will have your students schedule available at the conference; however, to expedite the process, you may want to access their schedule via Skyward prior to the conferences, talk to your student, and prioritize your meetings. The conference format will be arena style in the gymnasium. Teachers will be seated alphabetically at tables along the perimeter of the gym. If there is a long line waiting for a particular teacher, we encourage you to walk around and find another teacher that has a shorter line. Don’t forget you can check your students grades on-line through Skyward Family Access.
Important note: Because there can be many parents waiting, we ask that individual conferences be limited to five (5) minutes. If an extended conference is needed, one can be scheduled with the teacher for a later day and time.
A Spanish language interpreter will be available during Parent Teacher Conferences.
