Happy summer break, Red Wolves! Please read the entirety of this post as many frequently asked questions are answered.

CHS Main Office Summer Hours:

Remainder of this week (June 22-26): 8:00am-3:00pm

Closed for summer break; reopening August 17.

Frequently Asked Questions:

I am a graduate of the Class of 2026 - when will my final transcript be sent?

If you requested a final transcript on your senior checkout form, most of those will be mailed by June 25. If you attended Running Start, transcripts may be delayed depending on when the registrar receives final grades from the colleges; they should be mailed by July 2.

When will diplomas be mailed?

Most diplomas and semester 2 report cards for the class of 2026 will be mailed by June 26. If you are a Running Start student and are waiting on grades from the colleges, those will be mailed by July 2. If you need to update the mailing address for your diploma, or want to pick up in person, please email martinl@rsd407.org by June 26.

How do I request a transcript?

Please click here to submit a transcript request. Requests will only be processed on Mondays during summer break.

How do I enroll a new student at CHS?

To register online please visit this link. If you have technical difficulties, you may request a paper registration copy by emailing our Registrar hallsh@rsd407.org. You will be contacted to schedule a registration meeting when counselors return to the office in mid-August.

I have a student who will not be attending CHS next year - what should I do?

Please visit the Counseling webpage and scroll down to Forms. Complete the Withdrawal Form and return to hallsh@rsd407.org. Please also remember to drop off any district or school items you may have (books, laptop, etc.). These may be dropped off at the district office or at CHS during hours listed above.

When can my student get their parking pass?

Parking passes will be available to purchase online in late August. More info will be shared as the date approaches. Please contact berensm@rsd407.org with any questions.
