1st Day of Turn Out for Fall Sports are:
Football - Wednesday, August 16, 2023
Girls Soccer, Volleyball, Cheer and X-Country - Monday, August 21, 2023
Fall Sports Parent Night
Wednesday, August 23rd @ 6pm in the CHS Commons
Before a student turns out for any sport, they must have a physical on file with the athletic department, ALL online electronic forms submitted in Final Forms, purchased an ASB card and all fees and fines paid.
The following check list is provided to assist student/athletes in meeting the requirements to participate in any activity:
You will need your child's six-digit student ID number to register. DO NOT INCLUDE a "ZERO" prior to your six-digit number. If you do not know this number, you can locate it through Family Access.
If you are not registered as a Cedarcrest High School student yet: Parent(s) can go in and create an account and everything else about their child except their RSD e-mail at this time because they are not registered. Next, e-mail the athletic director your child’s first and last name and their personal e-mail. Once you e-mail this information, we can override your students information and then they will have access to final forms and can complete paperwork. Once an RSD e-mail account is issued, parent(s) can go back into final forms and update their child’s e-mail from personal to an RSD e-mail.
Completed Physical Examination Form on file with the Athletic Department
Physical paperwork is valid for two years from the date of examination.
Purchased ASB Card ($50)
Paid Participation Fee ($150)
ALL class fees and outstanding fines MUST be cleared prior to eligibility
The Request for Fee Assistance form can be obtained online at the Riverview District website. Fee assistance requests MUST be submitted for approval on or before the first day of practice. Class fees will be due upon approval.
All 2023-24 class fees will be available to pay online through eFunds for Schools in order to meet the above due date. Class fees will already be assigned but you will need to add the ASB card and sports participation fee manually to your student athlete's account to be paid. You can pay the fall participation fee for next season beginning on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Payments may also be made in person in the main office on Mondays.
Please Note: These fee requirements will be marked cleared in Final Forms by the Athletic Office once they are completed.
All of the above items must be completed and submitted to the Athletic Department by the above DUE DATES to be eligible for 1st turn-out.

Pay student course fees, optional fees (participation fee, yearbook, ASB card, etc.) and add money to food service online, payments are posted immediately.
Pay all your children's fees at one time regardless of what school they attend.
* There are no fees for using a checking account and only a small convenience fee of $1 each time a credit card is used. Credit Cards have a $1000 limit per transaction.
Riverview School District has no access to the information you provide eFunds.
eFunds is affiliated with the Amalgamate Bank of Chicago and is held to all banking regulations.
Creating an account in eFunds is quick and easy especially if using the family ID number. The family ID number gives access to all students in the family at one time.
How to find your family ID number in Family Access: choose the
Student Info tab, and look under View (students name) Family. The family ID number is located on the right hand side of the page.
You can call the school or the district office to obtain your family ID number if you don't have access to Family Access.

* Select the Fee Management tab on the left hand side of the screen. Next to your students name choose Make A Payment, you will be connected to the eFunds for Schools webpage.
