Track and Field, Fastpitch Softball, Boys Soccer, Baseball, Boys Golf and Girls Golf

All forms and fees must be completed by Thursday, Feb. 15th in order to participate on the first day of practice which is Monday, Feb. 26th. 

To make a payment for the participation fee please follow this link to eFunds: e~Funds for Schools. You will find this fee listed under "Optional Fees". Please note that all student fees will also need to be paid in full by February 15th for eligibility. NOTICE: eFunds will not be available from Feb. 20-29th. Cash or check will be accepted during this time at the CHS main office.
